4 Hour Body Day 2 Meals

BREAKFAST:
More Protein 


LUNCH:
Spinach with egg, chicken, and salsa

DINNER:
Two pieces of chicken breast with broccoli and a salad. (From Bob Evans)


I forgot to mention that I take one of these a day. I take the calcium with my dinners and I take the magnesium right before bed.
